Update to the Force Regarding Anomalous Health Incidents (AHIs)

Excerpt (Secretary Austin):  “Nothing is more important to me than the health and well-being of our DoD workforce. In my September 15, 2021 memo, I made it clear that we take seriously all reports of Anomalous Health Incidents (AHI). We remain committed to examining all reported incidents and providing updated information on the threat posed by AHIs and known defensive techniques, guidance on how to respond if you believe you have experienced an incident, and information regarding access to necessary medical care.”
