Hires rates decreased in 6 states and increased in 1 state. Total separations rates decreased in 3 states. Nationally, the job openings, hires, and total separations rates showed little change in November. … The number of job openings increased in 3 states, decreased in 2 states, and changed little in 45 states and the District of Columbia in November. The increases in the job openings level occurred in California (+98,000), Texas (+82,000), and North Carolina (+53,000). The decreases occurred in Colorado (-92,000) and Maine (-7,000).
