Excerpt (President Biden):  “This is the most significant law our nation has ever passed to help millions of veterans who were exposed to toxic substances during their military services. … I announced four things that we could unite — that all Americans could agree one. One was beating the opioid ep- — beating the opioid epidemic. Two was tackling the mental health crisis we face as a nation as a consequence of the pandemic. Three was ending cancer as we know it, which we’re going to do come hell or high water again. And three, supporting our veterans. Big issues that should unite us.”
