Excerpt:  “The 2022 version of the HBC supersedes the previous 2019 version and includes: 1) 2,143 scheduled chemicals declared by States Parties from 1997 to the end of 2021 including 60 Schedule 1 chemicals newly added to the Annex on Chemicals declared by State Parties from 2020 to the end of 2021; 2) changes to HS codes in accordance with the HS Nomenclature 2022; 3) editorial changes to some chemical names; 4) changes to some [Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW)] keys and, where possible, OPCW keys for certain scheduled chemicals have been replaced with their respective CAS RNs.”
