2021 Report of Deaths and Injuries Involving Off-highway Vehicles With More Than Two Wheels

Excerpt:  “This report presents the information collected by U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) staff on deaths and injuries related to the use of various off-highway vehicles (OHVs) with more than two wheels. … As of September 2021, the year 2018 is the most recent year of reporting for fatalities that CPSC considers complete. CPSC staff is aware of 2,211 deaths associated with Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs) that resulted from 2,156 incidents during the 3-year period from 2016 through 2018.”
