Excerpt: “The Office of the United States Trade Representative today announced the further extension of certain exclusions in the Section 301 Investigation of China’s Acts, Policies, and Practices Related to Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property, and Innovation. The exclusions were previously scheduled to expire on May 31, 2024. Certain exclusions have been extended through May 31, 2025. To allow for a transition period, the U.S. Trade Representative is extending all of the currently expiring exclusions through June 14, 2024.
