Excerpt:  “The U.S. Embassy in Moscow is tracking news of major flight disruptions at airports in the Moscow region due to increased drone activity ahead of the Victory Day holiday on May 9.  Passengers should contact their airline for information on their flight status. Road closures and transportation services in Moscow may be affected due to the Victory Day parade – U.S. citizens are encouraged to monitor local media. According to Russian telecom providers, from May 8 to 9 there may be restrictions on the operation of mobile internet in the Moscow region.”
