Interagency Arctic Research Policy Committee Report to Congress on the Arctic Research Plan 2017-2021

Excerpt:  “Continued work to understand the Arctic system is an urgent need. As highlighted in the 2017-2021 Arctic Research Plan, no region on Earth is warming faster or seeing more rapid climate, environmental, and socioeconomic change. IARPC has supported tremendous advancement in understanding the changing Arctic system, and we have strengthened the research infrastructure needed to adapt in an uncertain future.”
