CIA’s June 2013 Response to the SSCI Study on the Former Detention and Interrogation Program

This is the agency’s response to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence report regarding the agency’s “long-terminated Rendition, Detention, and Interrogation Program.” The agency subsequently released an addendum to its report. A subsequent report of the CIA’s Office of Inspector General concluded that CIA personnel had improperly accessed files and records of the Senate Select Committee on the CIA’s Rendition, Detection, and Interrogation Program.
